Royal Epic was founded by Cyrus Igono and AJ Colores in 2008, born from a Phoenix, Arizona upbringing that mixed street fashion with the energy of entertainment, music, and sports. What started as a clothing brand quickly turned into a movement: along the way they met Jake Fredette, who fronted the funds to promote a Lil Wayne concert—an inflection point that pushed the team from merch tables into boardrooms.
That hustle led to a record-deal offer through ADA (Warner Music) and the launch of Gadsen Records, where the team delivered a major release for The Darlings, supporting more than 150 shows nationwide. They also opened The TZU, a recording studio in Tempe, Arizona, giving emerging artists a place to work, learn, and ship real projects.
Over the years, the founders built and managed brands and websites that made their marketing know-how easy to grasp—platforms like The Celebrity Bakery, Realityshow.com, and other iterations designed to help specific audiences understand the game and win it. The through-line never changed: plan well, prepare hard, and put people in the right rooms.
Today, Royal Epic is a creative strategy & placement studio. We package ideas into investor-grade documents, map out clear action plans, and—when it’s the right fit—make curated introductions to legitimate industry decision-makers.

1) Who We Are (Non-Agency • Non-Law Firm)
Royal Epic is a creative strategy, document-preparation, and introductions studio. We are not a talent agency, employment agency, manager, publicist, broker, investment adviser, or law firm. We do not procure employment, negotiate deals on your behalf, give legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice, or make binding promises on behalf of any third party.
2) Scope of Services (What We Do / Don’t Do)
We help package ideas into professional materials (e.g., pitch decks, EPKs, one-sheets, sponsor proposals, brand kits) and, where appropriate, facilitate curated introductions to industry professionals. Our work is performed on a best-efforts, advisory basis. We do not guarantee outcomes (meetings, signings, placements, funding, bookings, revenue, views, or any other result).
3) Document Preparation is Non-Legal
“Document preparation” means writing, editing, formatting, and desktop publishing of materials you’ll use to communicate your project. It excludes legal forms, legal filings, and legal advice. If you need contracts or legal documents reviewed or drafted, consult a licensed attorney (or, where applicable, a Certified Legal Document Preparer under your state’s rules).
4) Curated Industry Introductions (No Guarantee / Gatekeeper Risks)
Introductions are discretionary and depend on alignment, availability, and third-party consent. An introduction means we will attempt to connect you to one vetted contact (or a comparable alternative) and provide meeting prep. We cannot force any person or company to respond, meet, endorse, or engage. Third-party schedules, cancellations, or policy changes are outside our control. No endorsement by any third party is implied.
5) Fees, Additional Work, and Refunds
Document Prep ($997) covers the defined deliverables with one revision round.
Curated Introduction ($2,000) covers discovery, research, outreach, and the attempt to secure a meeting window; additional coordination, travel, or expanded outreach may require a separate written quote.
Personal Brand Kit ($497) covers the specified assets and one revision round.
Except where prohibited by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once work begins, because time, research, and creative effort are expended immediately. Chargebacks without cause are treated as material breach.
6) No Professional Advice; Independent Verification Required
All information, strategies, forecasts, and opinions are educational and experiential in nature. They are not legal, tax, investment, financial, or medical advice. You must verify any facts, numbers, and compliance requirements independently with qualified professionals before acting.
7) Results, Testimonials, and Forward-Looking Statements
Any case studies, testimonials, or examples are illustrative only. They are not typical and do not guarantee you will achieve similar outcomes. Any statements about future results are forward-looking and inherently uncertain.
8) Your Responsibilities and Representations
You are solely responsible for:
(a) the accuracy, legality, and non-infringement of all materials you supply;
(b) obtaining necessary rights, releases, and permissions (e.g., music, photos, trademarks);
(c) your conduct and statements to third parties; and
(d) decisions you make based on our materials or introductions.
9) Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated in writing, upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables we create for your own business purposes. Drafts, working files, research notes, and internal tools remain our property. Our trademarks, service marks, and brand elements (including the name Royal Epic) may not be used without written permission. Third-party logos and marks shown in examples belong to their respective owners; use does not imply endorsement.
10) Confidentiality (Practical, Not Absolute)
We treat non-public information you share as confidential and use it only to perform services. However, email and the internet are not perfectly secure; do not send secrets you cannot risk disclosing. If you require stronger protections, request a mutual NDA before sending sensitive materials.
11) Communications & Consent
By providing contact information, you consent to us contacting you by phone, email, or text about your project (message/data rates may apply). To withdraw consent, email [email protected] with “Opt-Out” in the subject.
12) Scheduling, Delays, and Force Majeure
Timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to your responsiveness, third-party availability, or events beyond our control (e.g., outages, illness, travel, strikes, “force majeure”). We are not liable for such delays. We will act reasonably to reschedule as needed.
13) Third-Party Platforms and Costs
We may suggest or integrate third-party tools (e.g., hosting, design, analytics, scheduling). You are responsible for third-party fees and compliance with their terms. We do not warrant or control third-party services.
14) No Circumvention / No Holding Out
An introduction is a professional courtesy to open a conversation, not a license to represent our relationships. You may not present yourself as our agent, partner, or employee. We do not “shop” materials to all contacts in an industry unless that scope is purchased in writing.
15) Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Royal Epic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, goodwill, data, opportunities, or business interruption), even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Royal Epic for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
16) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Royal Epic and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your materials or statements; (b) your breach of these terms; or (c) your interactions with third parties.
17) Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and industry standards, including advertising disclosures, endorsements, privacy, IP, and employment regulations in your jurisdiction.
18) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis before a single arbitrator in Phoenix, Arizona under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). No class or representative actions. You and Royal Epic waive the right to a jury trial. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect IP or confidential information. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
19) Governing Law; Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause, exclusive venue for any permitted court action is in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
20) Severability; Entire Agreement; Updates
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remainder will continue in full force. These notices, together with any signed proposal, SOW, or invoice, constitute the entire understanding regarding the services. We may update these terms by posting a revised version; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
